Overview

One Team Across Every Discipline

Block Forever is a full industrial and commercial complex in Moore Haven, Florida, delivered by MTC across two construction phases. The engagement spanned civil infrastructure, structural systems, mechanical-electrical-plumbing, and fire protection — coordinated end to end under the Florida Building Code and NFPA standards.

Acting as a single point of control across every trade, MTC carried the project from site civil work through structural erection and MEP rough-in, flagging conflicts between the structural, mechanical, and civil drawings before they reached the field. The result: 53,560 square feet delivered to code, on a coordinated schedule, with a total project value north of $1.2M.

Total Area 53,560 ft²

Scope of Work

Four disciplines, one contract.

01
Civil Infrastructure
Site preparation, grading, and underground utilities establishing the foundation for a 53,560 ft² complex.
02
Structural Systems
Foundations, reinforced concrete, and structural framing engineered for industrial loads and Florida wind requirements.
03
MEP Systems
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing routed and sequenced across both phases to keep the trades clear of one another.
04
Fire Protection
NFPA-compliant fire protection designed and coordinated alongside MEP for inspection-ready delivery.
Two-Phase Delivery

Sequenced to keep the trades clear.

Phase 01
Civil & Structural
Site civil work, grading, and underground utilities, followed by foundations and the structural frame — establishing the envelope for the systems to come.
Phase 02
MEP & Fire Protection
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and NFPA fire protection coordinated against the structural model, with conflicts resolved on paper before they reached the field.
“We've contracted MTC for civil and structural work on two phases of the same complex. What stands out is how proactively they flag drawing conflicts before they cost real money.”
