Everything else in a building depends on the structure beneath and around it, and MTC delivers that structural scope across South Florida — concrete foundations and slabs, reinforced masonry, structural steel, mezzanines, and structural repairs — all engineered and built to the Florida Building Code's hurricane-zone loads.

Concrete is foundational, literally. We place footings, slabs-on-grade, and formed and tilt walls poured to the engineer's specifications, with the reinforcement, embeds, and inspections the structure's performance depends on. Get the concrete right and everything stacked on top of it has a sound base; get it wrong and no finish can hide it.

Reinforced CMU and masonry are the backbone of South Florida commercial and mid-rise construction, and we build block walls detailed for the wind loads this region demands — properly grouted, reinforced, and tied into the structural system. For projects that call for steel, we coordinate fabrication and erection of frames, mezzanines, and connections built and bolted to code.

Structural repair is its own specialty. Spalling concrete, corroded reinforcement, settlement, and storm damage all require diagnosis before remediation, and we carry out reinforcement and repair work backed by engineering sign-off — so the fix restores capacity rather than just covering the symptom.

Whether it's a new foundation, a steel mezzanine, a block shell, or a repair that has to be right, we sequence every pour, frame, and connection to the engineering and prove it through inspection — backed by Florida license CGC 1528440.
