We carry Florida license CGC 1528440 and run commercial and residential projects across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties out of our Hollywood office. General contracting is less about any single trade than about the connections between all of them. Our job is to make sure the structural crew, the MEP subs, the envelope installers, and the finish trades arrive in the right order, with the right information, and pass each inspection the first time. We build the schedule, hold the budget, and absorb the coordination so you don't have to manage a dozen separate vendors yourself.

Every project starts in preconstruction. Before a permit is pulled we review the drawings for constructability, price the scope honestly, and flag the long-lead items and code issues that derail timelines later. That up-front work is why our projects move predictably once they break ground — there are fewer surprises because the surprises were handled on paper.

Permitting in South Florida is its own discipline. We know the submittal requirements and inspection rhythms of the Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach building departments, and we build to the Florida Building Code's high-velocity hurricane-zone standards as a matter of course. Our 100% code-compliance record isn't luck; it's the product of quality-control checks embedded at every phase of the work.

From ground-up expansions like our 53,560-square-foot Block Forever project to interior remodels and tenant build-outs, the MTC process is the same: plan thoroughly, communicate constantly, and close out clean — punch list complete, inspections signed, and warranty documentation in your hands.
