Prequalification
How prequalification works
We don't require subcontractors to be qualified before submitting a bid — but every subcontractor selected must meet our minimum requirements before work begins. Requirements vary by project size and client.
Minimum Requirements- Active Florida license for your trade (where applicable)
- General liability insurance with current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Workers' compensation coverage or a valid exemption
- Verifiable references on projects of comparable scope
