At MTC, code compliance isn't a hurdle cleared at the end — it's a discipline built into the project from the first drawing review to the final inspection. We carry a 100% code-compliance record across our work in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach, and that record is the result of process, not chance.

It begins with the permit. We manage submittals and the revisions that inevitably follow across every South Florida jurisdiction, each with its own requirements and review cycles. Knowing what each building department expects — and submitting a complete, correct package the first time — is how we keep projects from stalling at the counter before they ever break ground.

During construction, inspections are scheduled and sequenced so the work is ready and accessible when the inspector arrives. We coordinate structural, MEP, envelope, and life-safety inspections at each required phase, and we don't bury work that hasn't been signed off. Passing inspections the first time keeps the schedule intact and the budget honest.

Underneath the inspections is our own quality control. We embed documented QC checks into the build process — verifying that what's installed matches the approved drawings and the Florida Building Code before the official inspection, not after a failure. The Code's high-velocity hurricane-zone provisions for structure, envelope, and life safety are demanding by design, and we treat them as the baseline.
